Walking and Talking With Nanabush is an exciting and original Ojibwe learning web-site currently under development by the OCF. WATWN incorporates tradItonal storytellling, animation and an innovative language learning approach that will make the on-line learning of basic Ojibiwe easy and enjoyable.
Walking and Talking With Nanabush uses a simple technique designed to increase vocabulary and language use for new students, young and old, of Ojibwe. Its focus is on developing vocabulary and speaking ability by creating simple descriptive sentences and enhancing listening and pronunciation skills through listening to and repeating key words and phrases.
